Approval of one year extension of preliminary plat Eagles Marsh Addition.
Background/Discussion
Eagles Marsh Plat was approved in 2001. Since then, two phases have been approved and recorded. The
second addition was platted in September 2005. Mr. Youngquist indicated that the extension is necessary
due to market conditions.

RE: Preliminary Plat Extension -Eagles Marsh
Dear Mr. Barnhart,
Riverside Companies would like to request an extension of the Preliminary Plat Approval
of Eagles Marsh. Given the current housing market, we do not anticipate platting Eagles
Marsh Third Addition for at least another year. Riverside Companies is asking for this
extension to stay in compliance with Minnesota State Statues for platting. Please contact
