SUBJECT: Ed Dulak-Liberty Heights
In February, 2007, Ed Dulak received pxeluninam plat approval fox Liberty Heights Estates,
a 276 acre, 448 lot single family residential neighborhood, east of County Road 40
(Cleveland Street). The project included a site for a middle school and several parks.
No plans have been prepared; Mx. Dulak merely wants to gauge the Council's interest in
exploring a senior oriented development. Upon hearing the Council's thoughts, Mx. Dulak
and staff will work together in pxepaxuig a concept plan for review by the Planning
Commission and City Council in the future.
