SUBJECT: Gateway
As directed by the EDA at their meeting on February 11`h, staff has prepared a final draft of
the Gateway plat for review by the EDA. This draft is attached.
With agreement by the EDA, staff will complete the formal platting documents for review
by the Planning Commission and City Council as soon as possible, likely in April.
