Council motion to approve an On-Sale and Sunday liquor license to Elk River Country Club Inc. d/b/a
Elk River Country Club effective Maxch 18, 2008 to June 3Q 2008.
Background/Discussion
The Elk River Country Club in Elk River has applied fox an On-Sale and Sunday liquor license fox the
country club located at 20015 Elk Lake Road. The liquor licenses were previously held by Tier One LLC
d/b/a Rock Woods Elk River Country Club Grill. Tier One LLC is no longer leasing the Country Club.
All application materials have been received and background checks have been completed and approved
on all officers and the manager.
