A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL FOR THE
ELK'S QUARTERBACK CLUB
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
The Elk's Quarterback Club has made application to the State Gambling
Control Board for a Premises Permit Renewal; and,
the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling on the premises of
Time Out Sports Bar located at 19232 Evans Street in the City of Elk
River for the period of August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2010; and,
The Elk's Quarterback Club has met the City's requirement of spending
75 percent of its lawful expenditures within the City's trade area during
the past two years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota that a Premises Permit be granted to the Elk's Quarterback Club to allow
charitable gambling operations at Time Out Sports Bar at 19232 Evans Street, Elk River,
tvIinncsota.
Passed and adopted this 3" day of March 2008.
