A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL FOR THE
ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY A550CIATION
WHEREAS, The Elk River Youth Hockey Association has made application to the
State Gambling Control Boatd fox a Premises Permit Renewal; and,
WHEREAS, the Pxexnises Permit will allow charitable gambling on the premises of
McCoy's Pub located at 651 Main Street in the City of Elk River fox the
period of Tuly 1, 2008 through June 3Q, 2010; and,
WHEREAS, The Elk River Youth Hockey Association has met the City's requirement
of spending 75 percent of its lawful expenditures within the City's trade
area during the past two yeazs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ciry Council of the Ciry of Elk River,
Minnesota that a Premises Permit be granted to the Elk River Youth Hockey Association to
allow charitable gambling operations at McCoy's Pub at 651 Main Street, Elk River,
Minnesota.
