CITY of ELK RIVER
N ORDINANCE of THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING SECTION
1292 OF THE ELK RIVER CITY CODE RELATING TO THE LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 30 -12292) (b) of the Elk River City Code regulating permitted
rises in the -1 Zoning District, shall be amended to read as fo ows:
(b) Peimitleduses. Permitted uses in the 1 -1 district are as follows:
(1) Offices.
(2) ueho scs.
(3) Research /design facilities.
(4) Wholesale businesses.
(5) Medical, dental, and optical labs.
(6) Light manufacturing.
(7) Water/sewage treatment, t, unici ahty owned and operated, and provided written notice
must be sent to all property owners within 350 feet.
Section 2. That Section 30 -1292 d of the Ells F ever City Code regulating conditional
uses permitted uses in the I-1 Zoning District, shall be amended to read as follows:
Conditional uses. Conditional uses in the 1 -1 district are as foUows:
(6) Water/sewage treatment.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall. take effect upon pubHcadon as provided by law.
