The residents of Auburn Place, Ciiy of Ells River, Mn, respeetfuily
desire to dedicate the approx. 800 feet of asphalt roadway (now
designated private} to the City of EIk R~.ver, Minnesota. The
residents residing on the aforementioned street have been paying
city tomes since their construction in 1992, yep have been
maintaining the street for the past 16 years. Total taxes (assessed
by Co.) for 2008 will be approx. $35,ooo.UO of which a substantial
portion is dedicated ~o the City of Elk River.
