Consider recommendation from interview committee on community development duectox finalists to be
interviewed by the full Council.
BackgroundlDiscussion
On Match 31 Councilxnembexs Farber and Zexwas and I interviewed four candidates far the community
development director position. Because we had two out of state candidates, we also had two depaztment
heads do informal interviews so that they could provide an additional perspective to the interview
committee.
The Council directed the interview committee to select two finalists to be interviewed by the full Council.
At Monday's meeting the interview committee will be prepared to discuss a recommendation on the
finalists. The Council should also come prepared to set a date fox interviews with the full Council.
