A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT FOR
EAGLES AERIE #3664
the Eagles Aerie #3364 have made apphcation to the State
G~mb]ing Control Board for a Premises Permit; and
I~rI-IEREAS,
the Premises Permit will allow charitable gamb}ing (pull-
tabs) on the premi.~es; and
the premises upon which the gambling will be conducted is
the Eagles Club, 824 R~ilroad Drive in the City of Elk River;
and
the Eagles have met the City's requirement of spend~n g 75%
0fits lawiul expenditures within the City's trade area during
the yea.rs of 1994 and 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Elk River grant its approval of a Premises Permit for the
Eagles Aerie #3664.
Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 6th day of May, 1996.
