RESOLUTION 00-28
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Mn/Dot Agreement No.
80151 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the
following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City for the acquisition of landscape
materials to be placed along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 from
Oxford Avenue Northwest to Fifth Street within the corporate City limits
under State Project No. 7102-969A (T.H. 10=003).
IT IS i~URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City //dministrator
authorized to execute the Agreement.
