Demolition Derby)

Elk River Lions
BACKGROUND
The above request is to sell 3.2% malt liquor for on sale consumption at the Fall Demolition
Derby held at the Sherbume County Fairgrounds on September 21, 2002. The Lions have
submitted the appropriate application and license fee.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving the request an on-sale 3.2% malt liquor license for the Elk River
Lions.
