Temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license for September 14, 2002 - at Elk Rive Fire

BACKGROUND
The above request is to sell liquor for on sale consumption at the annual Fire Department
Open House and Dance on September 14, 2002. The event takes place at the Elk River Fire
Station, 415 Jackson Avenue, Elk River, MN. The Lions have submitted the appropriate
application and license fee.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving the request for a one-day temporary on-sale liquor license for the
Elk River Lions.
