Massage Therapist License Application

BACKGROUND
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Simonson's Salon and Day Spa located at 19320 Highway 169, in the City of Elk River. The
applicant has met the required 500 hours of completed course work. The Police Department
is working on the required background check at this time.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving therapeutic massage license for Anna Hellerud to practice
therapeutic massage at Simonson's Salon contingent upon a successful background check.
