Dear City Counsel Members::
The Elk River Area High School Administration would like to
extend a personal invitation to be part of our 2002 Fall
Homecoming Parade.
This year's parade will be held September 27,and will start at
5:30. The parade will form according to the staging numbers at
5:00 p.m. in the St. Andrews' Parking Lot (east side.) We will
then go west on 4th street, go north on Irving and west on School
Street to the VandenBerge parking lot.
Please be prompt in informing us of your decision by returning
the enclosed form by September 20th.
