Billiards Hall License located at 19463 Evans Street N.W.
APPLICANT
Bruce A. Smith, 19360 Dodge Street NW, Elk River, MN
BACKGROUND
Mr. Smith is requesting a license to operate a Billiard Hall at 19463 Evans Street N.W. The
Council will be reviewing the conditional use permit prior to considering this license request.
Section 712.10 (3) requires that the establishment not operate past 1:00 a.m. During
Planning Commission review of the conditional use permit, the Planning Commission's
recommendation is to allow the establishment to be open until 3:00 a.m. on Fridays and
Saturdays.
ACTION REOUESTED
Council motion either approving or denying the request for a Billiard Hall License for Mr.
Bruce Smith.
