STAFF REPORT
Charles Volker of TAP Enterprises, Inc. has submitted an application for a transient
merchant license. The request is to hold a one-day tool sale at Elk River bowl. The date of
the sale is November 24, 2002, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The applicant has passed the required criminal history background check and the license fee
and application have been submitted.
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Charles Volker of TAP
Enterprises, to allow a one-day tool sale at Elk River Bowl on November 24, 2002.
