A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes allows authorization of an
Absentee Ballot Board for municipalities by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Absentee Ballot Board shall perform the duties as
allowed by Minnesota Statute Section 203B.13(2); and
WHEREAS, the Absentee Ballot Board shall consist of election
judges.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
authorizes the adoption of an Absentee Ballot Board
for the City of Elk River.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 23rd day
of October, 2000.
