Executive Session of City Council
The City Council previously called a special meeting for December 2, 2002 to hold the
Truth and Taxation public hearing. After that meeting was called, the City Administrator
performance review was scheduled to be held at the December 2 meeting.
Because December 2 is a special meeting, the agenda addition of the performance review
should be added by Council motion. This item will be held by executive session of the
Council, which is authorized by Minnesota Statute 471.705.
Action Requested:
Council motion approving the following agenda addition to the December 2, 2002 special
City Council meeting:
"Executive Session of the City Council to conduct a performance review of the City
Administrator."
