APPLICANT
Farrah Tienter
BACKGROUND
Farrah Tienter is requesting a Massage Therapist License to practice therapeutic massage at
the Salina Spa and Salon located at 19262 Freeport in Elk River. Farrah has submitted her
application and met the city's educational requirements of 500 hours of successfully
completed course work in the area of massage. The Police Department is in the process of
conducting the required background check on the applicant. The license should be approved
contingent on a successful background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a Massage Therapist License for Farrah Tienter to practice
therapeutic massage at Salina Spa and Salon located at 19262 Freeport in Elk River.
