RESOLUTION REQUESTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO
CONSTRUCT AS SNOWMOBILE TRAIL ON
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elk River' is proposing to construct a
snowmobile trail on State Highway right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk
River that a Special Use Pe¢mit be requested from the Minnesota Department of
Transportation and the City COuncil authorizes the Mayor to sign the resolution for the
following location:
Right-of-way on both sides of T.H. #10 in Sections 2 and 3, Township 32, Range 26 and
Sections 31, 32, 33, and 34, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota
AND
Right-of-way on both sides of T.H. #169 in Sections 2 and 3, Township 32 and Sections
22, 27 and 34, Township 33, all in Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota
