APPLICANT
Dennis Froehlich of Sunripe Citrus
BACKGROUND
Mr. Froehhch has made application for a transient merchant license to sell Florida Citrus
fruit from a semi mailer from the Menards Parking lot. The dates of sale include December
14, January 11, and February 8. Mr. Froehlich has received written permission from
Menards. The Police Chief is conducting the required criminal background check. Approval
should be contingent upon a successful background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Mr. Froehlich to sell Florida
Citrus at Menards parking lot contingent upon a successful background check.
