The COuncil has authorized the change in meeting times for regular City Council
meetings as follows:

RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE MEETING TIME FOR REGULAR
CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS,
Pursuant to Section 2-52 of the City Code, the time of day of regular City
Council meetings shah be set by resolution; and
WHEREAS,
the City Council has deemed that the Council meeting time shah change from
6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota that the regular meetings of the City Council shall be held at 6:30 p.m. effective January 1,
2003.
