REOUEST
Transient Merchant License to sell coupon books for Precision Auto.
APPLICANT
Jeremiah Watson
BACKGROUND
Jeremiah Watson is requesting a transient merchant license to sell coupon books via
door-to-door sales in the City of Elk River from December 10 to January 10. The coupon
books pertain to promotions for Precision Auto in Elk River. The Police Department is in
the process of conducting the required background check. Approval of the request should
be continent on a successful background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Jeremiah Watson for door-to-
door sales in the City of Elk River.
