SUBJECT: Change Orders

Kraus Anderson Construction Company is overseeing the public safety and city hall building
projects. The projects are progressing very well with very few issues or changes. To date,
only three minor change orders totaling $5,902.00 in additional construction costs have been
requested. The change orders are as follows:

As is often the case in consU-uction projects, the timing of authorizing changes can be
critical; therefore, due to the relatively insignificant amount of these change orders and the
need to have the changes made immediately, staff authorized the changes so that
construction could proceed on schedule. Of course, any significant change orders would
require City Council approval prior to proceeding.
Action Requested
City Council is asked to approve the change orders as noted above.
