Request for Authorization to Hire Part Time Seasonal Staff
The Recreation Department is requesting authorization to hire part time seasonal staff as
needed on an ongoing basis. Pay range is $7-18/hour depending on position, experience,
and qualifications. Attached is a breakdown of the pay ranges. Our employment needs
vary depending on season, with the highest levels occurring for summer programming
and winter warming house months. We would like to bring specific names, positions,
and rates of pay to council quarterly since the need is frequent and ongoing.
