BACKGROUND
Michael and Monica Johnson are requesting a permit for a private kennel license. A
Conditional Use Permit is required for this license. The Council will be conducting a public
hearing on the conditional use prior to considering the request for this license.
ACTION REQUESTED
Approval of the Private Kennel license should be based on approval or denial of the
conditional use permit.
