PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROGRAM
SANITARY SEWER TELEVISING
Dear Mr. Klaers:
As you are aware, City Staff is in the process of proceeding with the Pavement Rehabilitation
Program. One of the first steps in identifying the extent of repair necessary to the existing
utilities in the Old Core City is to televise the sanitary sewer. We requested quotes from
Contractors for televising the entire sanitary sewer system on streets currently within the
proposed project area. The following summarizes the quotes received:

There is approximately 25,200 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer that would be
televised. The report will allow us to identify any problem areas prior to reconstruction of the
streets.
Visu-Sewer will be completing the Sewer Lining Project this year within the City. We have
worked with Visu-Sewer in the past and recommend authorizing Visu-Sewer to proceed with
televising of the sanitary sewer.
