Mayor Klinzing and Councilmember Kuester,
It has come te my attention that a merr~ber ef our Park and Recreation
coramissidn, Dave Andersen, is a non-resident. City ordinances clearly
state that only residents can serve on city comsnissions~
What makes this situation even mere appalling is the fact that !, a 14
year Elk River resident, was turned down for a Park and Rec position
several years age, during which time Dave Andersen was Parks
~ lommissioner!
I insist that you look into this matter and have Dave Rndersen replaced
by an Elk River resident at once!
