The Sherburne County Board of Commissioners would like to hold a special meeting with
the City Council to discuss mutual issues relating to the city of Elk River on Monday, May 6,
at 6:00 p.m., at Elk River City Hall.

I, Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk River City
Council on Monday, May 6, 2002, at 6:00 p.m., at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to meet with the Sherburne County Board of Commissioners
for our annual meeting to discuss mutual issues.
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each member
of the City Council of this special meeting, in writing, at least one day before the meeting.
