BACKGROUND
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Salina Spa Salon located at 19262 Freeport St. NW, in the City of Elk River. The applicant
has met the required 500 hours of completed course work and has successfully passed the
required background check.
