Legislative Update
Item # 5.2.
Legislative bills and proposals which impact municipalities have been evolving and changing
over the last couple weeks. Nothing is expected to be finalized by the City Council meeting on
Monday but since the agenda is rather light I thought it was appropriate to add "Legislative
Updates" to the meeting for a stares report. Issues of concern include: phase two of the
budgeting bill, Northstar Corridor/bonding bill, transportation proposal, and the gas tax
increase.
