Authorize Purchase of Additional Office Equipment for
Office at Lions Park Center
Request
The Council is asked to authorize additional monies to establish an additional office space in
Lions Park Center.

Analysis
Staff is requesting that an additional office be created at Lions Park. In the short-term, the
YMCA for programming purposes could use this space. Some of the cost can be offset by
the nominal rent the YMCA may pay. Long-term, this space will be used by City Recreation
for programming staff.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the expenditure of $2,150.00 for purchase
of office furniture for an office at Lions Park Center. The funds would come from the NSP
fund.
