REQUEST
1. Temporary Liquor License for Mardi gras event - February 12, 2002
2. Temporary Liquor License for Marriage Enrichment Evening - February 8, 2002
APPLICANT
Church of St. Andrew - 566 4th Street, Elk River, MN
BACKGROUND
The above requests are for two different events to be held at the Church of St. Andrew. The
first is an event called Mardi gras. The event will be held on February 12 and will include
wine and cheese tasting. The Mardi gras will take place at St. Andrew's School. The second
event is a Marriage Enrichment Evening. The event will include a lecture and a reception
where wine will be served and will take place at the Church of St. Andrew on February 8,
2002.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving the request for two temporary on-sale liquor licenses for the
Church of St. Andrew.
