A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND PRIMARY
CONTACT PERSON FOR THE COMMUNITY ROADSIDE
LANDSCAPING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into an Agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City for the acquisition of landscape
materials to be placed along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 10 from Oxford
Avenue Northwest to Fifth Street within the corporate city limits under State
Project No. 7102-969A (T.H. 10=003).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Street/Park Superintendent Phil Hals is
hereby authorized to apply to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for
funding of this project and to serve as primary contact person on behalf of the City of
Elk River.
