REQUEST
Transient Merchant License to sell flowers
APPLICANT
Shirley Madland
BACKGROUND
Shirley Madland is requesting a transient merchant license to sell flowers during Easter and
Mother's day weekends. Mrs. Madland has received written permission from the owner of
Hunt's Feeds to sell at the location. She will be selling at Hunt's Feed Parking Lot. Mrs.
Madland has received a transient merchant license from the city for the past several years to
sell at this location.
Mrs. Madland has passed the required police background check.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion granting a transient merchant license to Shirley Madland.
