North Star Access
This it to inform the city council that the Eddy Foundation, the parent company of North
Star Access, has made another one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) donation to the police
department. This donation is a result of us being customers of North Star Access. For the
past few years, we have been receiving donations from them and I thought you should be
aware of their continued generosity.
What we have done in the past is target these funds towards D.A.R.E. expenses. However, I
plan on using these funds towards Project Alert this year.
