REQUEST
Transient Merchant License to hold a one-day tool sale at Elk River Bowl.
APPLICANT
T.A.P. Enterprises - John Theobald
BACKGROUND
T.A.P. Enterprises is requesting a transient merchant license to hold a tool sale at the Elk
River Bowl on May 29, 2002. The applicant has successfully passed the required background
check. A letter of authorization has been submitted from Elk River Bowl.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for T.A.P. Enterprises for a one-day
tool sale at the Elk River Bowl.
