RESOLUTION 01-12
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Elk River enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 81236 with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by Mn/DOT to the City of Mn/DOT's share of the costs of the
acquisition of landscape materials to be placed along Trunk Highway No. 10 from Oxford
Avenue to Fifth Street within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 7102-969B.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator
