A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE FOR COMMERCIAL LAWN FERTILIZER
APPLICATOR LICENSE FOR 2001
WHEREAS,
fees for this and other services are reviewed annually to ensure
that they are sufficient to cover the services rendered; and,
WHEREAS,
the Council has reviewed the proposed fee for Commercial
Lawn Fertilizer Applicator License; and,
WHEREAS,
$ 45.00reflects the cost to administer Commercial Lawn
Fertilizer Applicator Licenses by the City of Elk River in the
year 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that $45.00 for Commercial Lawn
Fertilizer Applicator License is effective for the year 2001.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 19th day of
March, 2001.
