Transient Merchant Request by Shirley Madland
REQUEST:
Transient Merchant License to sell flowers on holidays.
APPLICANT:
Shirley Madland
BACKGROUND:
Ms. Madland has received a transient merchant license from the city for the
past several years. The request is to sell flowers at Hunt's Feed during
holidays. She typically sells during Mother's Day and Easter. Staff has
received the $100 license fee and written permission from Mr. Hunt. The
chief of police has signed off on the background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Shirley Madland.
