Liquor License Transfer to Elk River Country Club
REQUEST:
Transfer of the on-sale liquor license from Natures Hideaway at Elk River
Country Club/Jason Hines to Elk River Country Club.
APPLICANT:
Elk River Country Club
BACKGROUND:
The Elk River Country Club is proposing to take over the on-sale liquor
license previously held by Jason Hines of Nature's Hideaway. The City's
ordinance allows the transfer of liquor licenses contingent upon Council
approval.
The Country Club has submitted the required application information for
this transfer. Police background checks have all been successfully completed.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff is requesting the Council to consider the transfer of this on-sale liquor
license.
