Board and Commission Members
REQUEST:
This memo is to update the Council on the status of Board and Commission
openings, applications received, and requests for reappointment. (See
attached Board and Commission Status Chart). All positions have been
advertised for in the Star News and The Current.
Planning Commission
There are three terms expiring on the Planning Commission.
· Michael Chambers: Not seeking reappointment
· Howard Ropp: Appointed in November 2000 to complete Jon
Morphew's term - Requesting reappointment
· Doug Johnson: Appointed in November 2000 to complete Louise
Kuester's term - Requesting reappointment
Four applications have been received for the Planning Commission.
· Michael Jenson
· Douglas Franz
· Corey Anderson - Recently interviewed by Council 11/00.
· Michael Stiff- Recently interviewed by Council 11/00.
