Commercial Fertilizer Applicator Licenses
Action Requested
Issue completed commercial fertilizer applicator licenses following verification of required information.

Commercial Fertilizer Applicator licenses expire annually on the 31st of December. Fees associated with
license renewal are $45.00 for the company's annual license.
The following is a list of the companies who have applied for licenses in 2008:
Diamond Lake Property Maintenance
Brueske's Lawn and Landscape, Inc.
Phil Dahlheimer Lawn Care
Grassman Lawnscape Inc.
Truegreen Chemlawn
Staff will respond as necessary to any complaints regarding these (or other un-licensed) companies
throughout the year. No complaints were received in 2007 regarding the companies listed above.
