Action Requested
Accept completed solid waste collection licenses following verification of required insurance.
Backzround/Discussion
Solid waste collection licenses expire annually on the 315t of December. Fees associated with license
renewal are $60.00 for the company's first truck, and $15.00 for each additional truck. Seventy-seven
trucks have been licensed for a total revenue of $2,130.
Elk River licensed twenty haulers in 2007. The following is a list of the haulers who have applied for
licenses in 2008:
