A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE FOR UTILITY HOOK-UP PERMIT FOR
2001
WHEREAS,
fees for this and other services are reviewed annually to ensure
that they are sufficient to cover the services rendered; and,
WHEREAS,
the Council has reviewed the proposed fee for a Utility Hook-
up Permit; and,
WHEREAS,
$1,000 reflects the cost to administer a year long citywide
Utility Hook-up Permit and $45 reflects the cost to administer
a one time Utility Hook-up Permit by the City of Elk River in
the year 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that $1,000 for a year long citywide
Utility Hook-up Permit and $45 for a one time Utility Hook-up
Permit is effective for the year 2001.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 9th day of
April, 2001. ·
