Council motion to promote Jacob Pace to the Government Access Cable Coordinator Position.
Background/Discussion
Jacob has been with the City since May 2006. He is a graduate of Hennepin Technical College with an
Applied Science Video Production Specialist degree. Jacob has been a conscientious employee and would
serve the city well in this new position. He would begin full-time status on Monday, May 19, 2008.
Financial Impact
Jacob would start at Step A, Pay Grade 7, which is in the range fox the Government Access Cable
Coordinator position. He would receive a COLA increase in January 2009 with his first step increase in
July 2009 based upon satisfactory job performance.
