Overview
Target Stores is requesting a general planning permit to locate a temporary
greenhouse in their parking lot. They will be selling bedding plants, nursery
stock and other gardening supplies from May 21st through August 27th. The
proposed hours of operation will be 8 AM. To 8 PM. seven days a week. They
will be using a 20' X 40' temporary greenhouse and a 44' X 60' display area
The total area for the greenhouse and display area is 3340 square feet.
