1. Council motion approving a solicitor license to Erica Brondum through December 29, 2008, with
the following conditions:
a. Only one (1) solicitor shall approach one residence and no solicitor $om the same company
can approach the same door again unless invited back by the resident.
b. Hours fox unsolicited calls are limited to Monday through Saturday, Noon to 6:00 p.m.
c. Applicants shall carry the solicitor's license and a dtivex's license or state ID while soliciting.
d. Applicant's shall not knock on any door where there is a sign prohibiting solicitors.
Background/Discussion
Ms. Brondum with GMG Direct is requesting a license to solicit services for Charter Communications.
The application has been processed and she qualifies for a solicitor's license per our ordinance.
