RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING
CONTRIBUTIONS o THE
CITY OF ELK RIVER
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
i d viduais for th contributions to the eon ar.t ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations the year 2008 from various
.dividuals and org-A=ations as iteml ed on Exhibit A., attached hereto, to be used for the
2008 River Energy Expo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RSOLVED the City Count of the City of l River,
by t least a two- thirds =jonty vote, to accept the donations on attached Exhibit i
accordance with the terms prescribed by the donors.
